We bring the world closer by sharing stories that open minds, connect people, and enrich lives, empowering audiences with news, knowledge, and factual entertainment.Role Summary: IMI Academy is a leading educational institution dedicated to enhancing the skills of future media professionals.Through high-quality training programs delivered by top media experts and broadcasters in the Arab world, we aim to develop the next generation of industry talent.As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for establishing and promoting a strong digitalbrand for IMI Academy across various platforms. This role requires expertise in branding, graphicdesign, and multimedia content creation, including digital branding, collateral design, visual storytelling,motion graphics, and video production.Key Responsibilities: Filming and editing video content, incorporating effects and motion graphics to enhance IMI Academy’s digital presence.Developing design concepts, layouts, and storyboards for motion graphic projects.Collaborating with the Creative Department to execute high-quality digital designs for IMI Academy.Ensuring content adheres to the highest standards of quality, style, and consistency across digital platforms.Working closely with the social media team to create engaging content and implement digital projects.Managing video/audio editing for diverse content formats, including social media and documentary production.Supporting event coverage and deployments, both locally and internationally, as needed.Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Academic or media industry background is highly desirable.Strong artistic sense, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate various camera systems (e.g., Canon DSLR, Sony mirrorless) and equipment (e.g., gimbals, action cameras).Knowledge of lighting techniques for both indoor and outdoor shoots.Motion graphics expertise, including animation, chroma keying, and compositing.Awareness of digital trends and ability to create engaging, innovative content.Technical aptitude and quick adaptability to new software and tools.Strong storytelling skills, including scriptwriting and photography retouching.Understanding platform-specific content formats for You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with common industry plugins.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Media Production and Broadcast Media Production and Distribution Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at IMI by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Digital Content Creator” roles.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
