Senior SAP Business One Consultant – (UAE)

Role Overview: As a Senior SAP Business One Consultant, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP B1 solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, customizing modules, managing integrations, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collect and analyze client business and functional specifications; prepare detailed design documents and business blueprints. Implementation & Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP Business One modules to align with client requirements. Testing & UAT: Develop test plans, conduct unit, functional, and integration testing; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Data Management: Configure databases, prepare master data templates, and upload data using DTW tools. Integration: Manage integration with external systems, including e Commerce platforms and third‑party applications. Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions, resolve issues post go‑live, and provide functional and technical troubleshooting. Documentation: Produce and maintain customer‑specific implementation documentation. Presales Support: Assist the sales team with workshops, demos, and proposal documentation. Reporting: Develop reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries. Lifecycle Management: Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 8–9 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support; full lifecycle ERP implementation exposure. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. Technical Skills: Strong SQL and HANA scripting and query writing skills. Proficiency in Crystal Reports and standard software packages (MS Access, Excel, Power Point, Word). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
