ETO Project Engineering Manager

The Project Engineering Manager – ETO will act as the engineering lead on projects, taking full ownership of all engineering activities. They will be responsible for leading and managing all engineering functions across global office locations, including process, mechanical, electrical, instruments, controls, piping design, and structural engineering. The manager will work closely with the Project Manager, Procurement Lead, and other project services to execute the project in accordance with the scope and client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Understand the engineering scope of supply and communicate it effectively to the engineering team.Serve as the technical point of contact and work closely with the client’s engineering leads.Ensure project execution aligns with Cameron’s SLB’s practices, procedures, and work instructions.Develop project engineering scope of work and execution plans.Create work share execution plans with other offices.Subcontract engineering activities to outsourced companies as needed.Provide estimates, planning, and forecasting for engineering efforts.Review and approve engineering hours and control project hours.Coordinate design reviews and manage engineering change processes.Draft and manage technical fabrication contracts.Support proposals, sales, and aftermarket activities.Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules.Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.Visit fabricators during key project phases when necessary.Manage technical clarifications and deviations during project execution.Monitor and plan engineering deliverables to meet schedules.Prepare and coordinate project deliverables, including equipment lists and documentation.Participate in bid clarification, kickoff, and design review meetings.Review work of junior engineers and provide mentorship.Incorporate project specifications into design and procurement documents.Represent engineering in collaboration with project and supply chain teams through all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards, requirements, and codes.Liaise with third-party agencies to meet contractual obligations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with experience in similar roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
