With its world-class computer vision, AI and omni-analytics platform as its engine, Presight leverages all-source data to support insight-driven decision making that shapes policy and creates safer, healthier, happier, and more sustainable societies.The Opportunity: Presight is looking for a focused and insightful Specialist Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency via BI-driven market research, trend analysis and data visualization.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: As a Specialist - Business intelligence in our team, you will be responsible for managing the analytical data platform to create business solutions, overseeing the implementation of the systems and also the ongoing maintenance of those solutions.Functional You are responsible to Develop and manage BI solutions.You will develop standard reports and functional dashboards as per the requirement.You are responsible Collaborate with business users and understand their requirement.You are responsible to review and validate customer data as it’s collected.You are responsible for the maintenance of the Dashboards and reports.You are responsible for the maintenance and support of data analytic platforms.You are responsible to coordinate with Data / Business Analysts, and customer to develop both business requirements and specifications documents.You are flexible, travelling to customer sites when needed. Joining the on-call engineer rotation to provide off-hours support for critical service issues.You are resourceful, identifying and implementing workarounds for customer incidents.You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations.You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself. You convey and receive information in a clear, credible, and consistent manner.Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.4+ years of practical knowledge in creating application and business solutions on the data analytical tool (Kibana, Tableau, or other equivalent tools).1+ years of Kibana Knowledge is must.2+ years of Experience with SQL databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL).Ideally, you’ll also need In-depth market and domain knowledge.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities In-depth understanding of data visualization tools & techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills What we look for: If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
