We are seeking a mid-level Python/NLP engineer to enhance ENKI’s conversational AI capabilities. The role involves developing, fine-tuning, and deploying NLP models, implementing sentiment analysis, and integrating AI-driven behavioral tracking.Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models using Spa Cy, Transformers, and Hugging Face.Integrate NLP capabilities for context-aware conversations and sentiment analysis.Build APIs for chatbot interaction with platform components.Deploy and scale AI models in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Collaborate with product teams to optimize structured conversations.Develop real-time data pipelines for user behavior analytics.Ensure chatbot performance, reliability, and scalability.Requirements- 2-5 years of Python development experience, focusing on NLP and AI.- Proficiency in conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow) and libraries (Spa Cy, Transformers).- Strong ML background with hands-on experience in Tensor Flow or Py Torch.- Experience with API development and cloud deployment.- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Passion for personal development and wellness is a plus.- Startup mindset: adaptable, self-motivated, and dynamic.About the company Guildhall is the most respected HR & Headhunting Consultancy in the MENA Region.
