Head of Organisational Excellence Section – Strategy and Organisational Excellence Office Join to apply for the Head of Organisational Excellence Section – Strategy and Organisational Excellence Office role at Dubai Careers - A Smart Dubai Initiative.Job Description The incumbent will have the following duties: Organisational Excellence Manage the internal and external excellence awards of the SLC and ensure alignment with Government Excellence standards.Develop and implement the SLC’s participation plan in organisational excellence awards.Organise workshops and training programmes to prepare employees for participation in excellence awards.Prepare comprehensive reports on organisational performance evaluation results and submit recommendations on necessary improvements.Analyse and assess gaps identified in various Government Excellence reports.Organisational Enhancement Monitor global reports and conduct benchmarking studies with Government Excellence award-winning Entities to identify areas for improvement.Follow up on the implementation of improvement plans and ensure execution of enhancement initiatives.Develop and update organisational quality management systems and performance models in line with Government Excellence standards.Support organisational units in linking achievements to Government Excellence criteria and international competitiveness standards.Suggestions System Management Supervise the operation of Suggestions System and encourage active employee participation.Evaluate and analyse submitted suggestions and ensure their feasibility.Follow up on the implementation of the approved suggestions in coordination with relevant entities.Organise an annual ceremony to recognise employees who made outstanding suggestions through the Suggestions System.Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Quality Management, plus 10 years of relevant professional experience.ORMaster’s Degree in Quality Management or Organisational Excellence, plus 7 years of relevant professional experience.Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Government Excellence systems in Dubai.Leadership skills in strategic planning, change management, and excellence programme management.Ability to manage teams and foster a culture of innovation and organisational quality.Advanced report writing and presentation skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English.Job Category Administration Advertiser The Supreme Legislation Committee Educational Level Bachelor Required Nationality UAE Only Monthly Salary Unspecified Schedule Time Full time Job Posting24/03/2025Unposting Date22/06/2025Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Business Development and Sales Industries Government Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
