The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.Job Brief The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.ACCOUNTABILITIESAdhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.Analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understand their advantages and disadvantages.Plan and assist with new product releases and events.Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.Business Development: Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products and understand their needs.Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering their feedback.Follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.Ensure all details of the contract are compliant with our rules & regulations.Marketing: Coordinate with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be developed.Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.Recommend new products to existing customers as per their needs and provide them with support, information, and guidance to ensure a great relationship.Assist customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.Recommend new service improvements to further build on relationships.Advise helpful new product recommendations and suggestions to customers to increase revenue.Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards.Contribute to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by management and assisting the team when needed.Operating Theatre: Attend surgeries along with the doctors and nurses and assist them with any issues they might face with the equipment.Data Tracking: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold.Orders: Follow up with the Procurement & Logistics team regarding product delivery and ensure timely arrival.Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.Invoicing: Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of the products and follow up regarding collection/payment.Delivery: Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience within the sports medicine/ortho field/orthopedic reconstruction.Job Specific Skills: Good communication & English language skills, good presentation & negotiation skills, client relationship building skills.Additional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE and willing to move onto company visa.
