Project Control Lead - Villa & Infrastructure - PMC

1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Cornerstone Global Partners is partnering with a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) on one of Abu Dhabi’s most ambitious residential and infrastructure developments.We’re now looking for an experienced Project Control Lead to head up the planning and controls function across this super high end masterplan. This is a senior, high-impact role with oversight across planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of interfaces between villa and infrastructure packages.What We’re Looking For: Strong experience leading project controls on large-scale developments, ideally AED 10bn+Background in villa developments and associated infrastructure (roads, utilities, marine, etc.)Proven ability to lead teams and interface with senior stakeholders Deep understanding of Primavera P6 and controls/reporting systems PMC or client-side consultancy experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field UAE/regional experience on similar complex, multi-phase projects Why Join?This is a unique opportunity to take a lead role on one of the most exciting residential projects in Abu Dhabi.
