We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology, and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our engineering processes.Build relationships that make a difference The primary responsibility of the Senior Resource Manager is to develop strategies for hiring, retaining, developing, training, and assigning skilled Field Service Engineers based on customer requirements within our IET business. The Senior Resource Manager will collaborate with Service Managers, the Outage Excellence team, assignment planners, regional teams, COEs, HR, and recruitment teams to achieve these objectives.Responsibilities include: Attending weekly, daily, and monthly review calls with the extended team to support outage planning, ensure timely resource fulfillment, and establish a 1-year plan.Managing a team of Field Engineers, resolving individual and team issues in accordance with company policies.Verifying FSEs' readiness for task execution.Ensuring the regional resource pool maintains the necessary skills and knowledge to support industry standards and customer requests.Maximizing FSE utilization and their assigned hours to meet or exceed targets.Minimizing bench time costs and establishing contingency plans for effective utilization.Ensuring compliance with Field Policies & Procedures and promoting their adoption within the team.Facilitating career path planning and progression for Field Service Engineers.Assigning training programs to develop technical capabilities and support multiskilling.Collaborating with immigration and execution teams to ensure successful site mobilizations and logistics support.Building a strong health and safety culture aligned with company policies.Promoting core values and an inclusive culture emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and care.Driving data integrity of IT tools such as Salesforce, FAP, and Workday.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 8-10 years of industry experience.Experience in resource management, project management, or operations management.Industry certifications in project management, HR, or technical disciplines are preferred.Technical knowledge of gas turbines or rotating equipment is desirable.Experience in the oil & gas and power/energy industries is preferred.Excellent service skills and people leadership expertise.Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Proven planning and project management abilities.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.Work Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours to help you balance your work and personal life.About Us: We are an energy technology company providing solutions worldwide, operating in over 120 countries with innovative technologies that make energy safer, cleaner, and more efficient.Join Us: If you want to make a difference in a company that values innovation and progress, join us!
