POSITIONPURPOSE: The Logistics Transformation Manager is responsible for defining andimplementing together with his/her key functional stakeholders theroadmap to evolve Sephoras logistics footprint in the Region insupport of business a strong project management load the roleoversees all the life cycle of the project from the definition tothe post implementation phase. In his/her role the Logistics Transformation Manager is the gate keeper of the logistics bestpractices and processes across the Region. That includes (but notlimited to) preparation of tenders and SLAs with logistics serviceproviders omnichannel warehouse and distribution design and 3PLmanagement towards superior service at an optimized operating cost.He/she leads functionally indirect teams of key users SMEs andconsultants and collaborates closely with external logisticsservice providers and internal Customer Service and Demand& Supply Planningteams.KEYACCOUNTABILITIES: Designand deploy a roadmap to transform Sephoras logistics footprint inthe Region to support businessgrowth.Project Management for all logistics vendor and/or site transitions acrosstheregion.Projectgovernance and risk management for all transitionprojects.Preparationof tender packages for LSP by defining scope objective &keyrequirements.Collaborate& align with all regional and global stakeholders to ensuregroup standards & other functional requirements aremet.Ensureadherence to legal safety and environmental regulations applicableto the warehouse location.Negotiationand selection of most suited logistics serviceproviders.of tender/transitions in a timely manner and withinbudgets.Manageoperational startup phase including training stakeholdercommunication & performance monitoring.Definitionand continuous improvement of SLAs.SKILLSQUALITIFCATIONS AND PERSONALATTRIBUTESDegreeholder in Logistics Supply Chain Management Engineering orsimilar.Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity withstrong Logistics Operations and 3PL managementexpertise.Goodunderstanding of the logistics landscape in the Middle East.Strongproject management and analyticalskills.Strongcommunication negotiation influencing and interpersonalskills.Ableto balance priorities is resilient dynamic and resultsdriven.Ableto take decisions in a complex and volatileenvironment.She/heneed to have excellent authentic communication and influencingskills and be energized by working in a fast paced dynamicenvironment.Required Experience: Manager Key Skills Shipping &Receiving,Inventory Control,Data Entry,AS400,Transportation Management Systems,EDI,Microsoft Outlook,Warehouse Experience,Office Experience,Dispatching,Microsoft Excel,Logistics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
