Position Overview We are in search of a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, Share Point, Project Online, Power Platform, Project Operations, and Project for the Web. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing complex IT projects, delivering solutions on top of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms. This role demands an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of projects involving Share Point, Project Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Finance & Operations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Develop and implement project plans that include detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to ensure clear communication, understanding of project objectives, and alignment of expectations. Champion the adoption of project management best practices and methodologies (including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2) across all projects, tailored to project needs and organizational goals. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular project reviews and reports to internal and external stakeholders on progress, challenges, and strategies for mitigation, Steering Committees meetings. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 technologies, ensuring that solutions are innovative and leverage the full capabilities of these platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. At least 8 years of project management experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of delivering projects in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 with emphasis on Portfolio and project management solution, such as: Project online, Project for the web and Project operations. Candidate should have at least 5 years of extensive experience delivering projects in GCC countries to complex governmental entities. Strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe) and certifications (PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe PO-PM). Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 ecosystems, capable of overseeing projects involving Share Point, Project Online, Power Platform, Project Operations, and Project for the Web. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
