Property Consultant

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Odour Control Design Specialist to join our team!What You'll Be Doing : Develop solutions to manage and mitigate odours.Analyze the chemical composition and dispersion patterns of odours.Develop odour control systems and technologies tailored to specific environments.Design systems such as biofilters, scrubbers, carbon adsorption units, and thermal oxidizers.Ensure that designs and systems comply with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.What Required Skills You'll Bring : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University with Professional Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career development record all as approved by the Engineer.Minimum of 15 years post-graduate and demonstrable overall experience, out of which minimum 5 years as a Manager / Technical lead in a design management capacity of similar works.Must have experience in managing, reviewing and approving of design documents and drawings associated with odor control facilities, odor systems and other associated systems like air extraction / renewal systems.In-depth knowledge of odour control technologies and systems, understanding of chemical processes and environmental engineering principles.Ability to analyze data related to odour dispersion and chemical composition, proficiency in using analytical tools and software.Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to air quality and odour control, ability to ensure compliance with these regulations.What Desired Skills You'll Bring : Must have excellent communication skills and experience of large scale project delivery and design team management.Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.Ability to use design software is compulsory; must be computer literate.Minimum Clearance Required to Start : Not Applicable / None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
