Automotive Sales Executive

Location Souq Al Haraj, Al Ruqa Al Hamra, Sharjah Job Overview Join our team as an Automotive Sales Executive! We're looking for a friendly individual who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about cars. Prior experience in car sales is an advantage but not required. We value diverse sales backgrounds and are excited to welcome new talents to our team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist showroom visitors, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets. Assist with financing options, paperwork, and compliance with company and bank policies. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and documentation. Coordinate export sales documentation and liaise with customers, shipping companies, and internal teams. Stay updated with vehicle knowledge to educate and guide customers effectively. Job Type & Working Hours Full-time

9: 00 AM – 9: 00 PM (including 2: 00–4: 00 PM break). Salary & Benefits Minimum AED 7,500 (inclusive of commission upon achieving targets); may increase if exceeds the targets. Benefits as per UAE Labour Law: Visa, Medical Insurance, Transportation, Annual Leave, and Annual Air Ticket. Requirements Associate degree or high school diploma. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/customer service (automotive preferred). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (additional languages Arabic/Tagalog/Hindi/Urdu/Bengali/Malayalam are advantages). Valid UAE driving license.
