We're a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in print-on-demand products. Our direct-to-consumer websites are a key part of our growth strategy, and we are looking for an experienced, all-round e-commerce professional to take full ownership of our Word Press/Woo Commerce channels.
Job Title: Word Press Website Manager

Core Responsibilities:
As the Word Press Website Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and success of our company-owned websites. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Website & Design Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Word Press/Woo Commerce websites.
Manage the website's design and user experience, implementing new themes and customizing pages to improve conversion rates.
Ensure the website is fully responsive and provides an excellent experience on all devices.
Backend & SEO Management:
Manage the website's backend, including plugins, updates, and security.
Develop and execute a comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Monitor website performance, including loading speed, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Sales & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Take ownership of the website's sales and revenue targets.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities to increase sales.
Plan and implement A/B tests on product pages, checkout processes, and promotional offers to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing Word Press/Woo Commerce e-commerce websites.
A proven track record of increasing website traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
Technical Skills:
Expert-level proficiency with Word Press and Woo Commerce, including theme customization, plugin management, and backend administration.
Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor design tweaks is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Indicative Monthly Salary: A competitive monthly salary will be offered within the range of 50,000-80,000, depending on your skills and experience.
