Responsibilities

Designing and implementing new features and functionality

Setup of Word Press options, plugin installation, and configuration

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture

Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and development methodology

Ensuring high-performance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme.

Knowledge of PHP best practices, debugging and profiling

Skills and Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Word Press (Plugin/theme development / API)

Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

Understanding of Word Press frameworks

Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

Strong knowledge about how to secure a website using security plugins.

Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

Expert at optimizing Word Press websites for search engines specifically Google

Knowledge of various SEO Plug-ins for Word Press

Experience working with Word Press/Woo Commerce

Strong knowledge of Word Press Theme customization

Word Press theme development

Expertise on Elementor Framework will be a plus

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

Knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap

Strong coordination skills to coordinate with our Lead Project Manager, design team, and other developers

Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator

Knowledge of Code igniter and Laravel will be a plus.
