Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a high level of engagement with guests while preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and mocktails, following recipes to meet and exceed expected standards. Provide excellent guest service by guiding guests in selecting beverages and serving them in a timely manner to meet and exceed guest expectations. Keep the bar area presentable by creating signature drinks and highlighting daily specials to enhance guest experience. Guide junior team members in following the sequence of service through training and leading by example to maintain consistency in service excellence standards. Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements for the purchase and/or consumption of alcohol based on local regulations. Ensure that compliance documents for FSSC regulations are accurately completed by the team at all times to maintain sanitation of food premises and equipment. Record guest feedback and report any complaints to management to improve guest satisfaction. Make recommendations for new mocktail and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience and maximize sales. Conduct stock control on a weekly/monthly basis by accurately counting, ordering, and recording all items toensure sufficient supply and prevent shortages. Keep detailed records of wastage and report discrepancies to promote profitable operations. Follow proper cash handling procedures by billing guests correctly to avoid cash variance and ensure proper service. Perform other related duties as directed by the Head of Department.
