Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing high-quality beverages for our guests in a professional and friendly manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items Verify customers' age and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist in ordering when necessary Process payments accurately and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service operations Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards Stay updated on beverage trends and suggest new drink ideas to management Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary alcoholic beverages and mixes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion : We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
