Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Generating original content, including photography, videography, reels, live Instagram stories, copywriting, and basic graphic design.Managing imagery, videos, and content across social and digital channels supporting digital strategies and marketing initiatives.Supporting social media strategies and managing daily activities on platforms like Facebook, X, Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, Linked In, Pinterest, and You Tube.Creating monthly content calendars, scheduling, troubleshooting, and publishing content.Developing social media ads, measuring performance, and reporting results.Monitoring KPIs, analyzing results, and creating amplification plans with regional teams.Using listening tools to identify trends, engage with guests, and perform service recovery.Sourcing and developing unique hotel and destination content, leveraging user-generated content with proper rights.Moderating social pages and performing customer service functions.Creating sales leads through social media canvassing.Ensuring compliance with brand, regional, and platform guidelines.Collaborating with departments like F&B, Spa, and Bay Club to produce engaging content.Staying updated on industry trends and platform best practices.Supporting marketing projects and other assignments from PR & Marketing Manager.What We Need From You Ideally, you possess some or all of the following: Creativity and passion for photography and videography, with a keen eye for storytelling.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing software.Experience with platforms like Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, etc.Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
