Responsibilities include capturing visuals, writing social media copy, and shaping the digital presence to enhance guest engagement.What you will be doing: Develop high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.Capture daily happenings, guest experiences, events, and behind-the-scenes moments at the hotel and waterpark.Edit photos and videos to align with brand aesthetics and tone.Plan, create, and schedule posts across various platforms.Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that boost bookings, promotions, and brand awareness.Support influencer collaborations and onsite content shoots.Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, image, and quality standards.Maintain an organized content library for ongoing use.Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media management, with a portfolio required.Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Comfort working on-site, often outdoors and in water-based environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
