Program Manager - Strategic Special Projects

The Program Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across operational functions. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional project management skills, capable of translating strategic objectives into actionable plans while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Description * Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic and operational projects with internal teams as well as external stakeholders. * Develop and implement project management frameworks and detailed plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure effective delivery. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives, track KPIs, and ensure continuous progress against strategic goals. * Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making and drive strategic communication. * Represent senior leadership in meetings when required, ensuring key messages, directives, and follow-ups are accurately conveyed and actioned. * Support the development of operational policies, governance frameworks, and planning processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
