This includes hands-on CV screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, and managing client expectations — all while working remotely within a performance-driven, collaborative culture.Key Responsibilities: Understand job briefs and source relevant profiles through various channels Conduct screening and competency-based interviews Present shortlisted candidates with structured assessments to clients Build and manage strong relationships with clients and candidates Update candidate records and maintain our recruitment database Coordinate interview schedules and feedback Provide insights and recommendations to clients on market trends and talent availability What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably agency-side Excellent English communication (spoken and written)Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidates beyond the CVPositive, professional attitude with a proactive and responsive approach Knowledge of competency-based selection Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines Familiarity with ATS tools What We Offer: Remote work flexibility but very highly performance oriented Exposure to high-profile clients across the UAESupportive team culture Opportunities to grow into account management and client engagement Performance-based commissions and incentives Join us in matching great talent with meaningful opportunities.www.talentstides.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
