HR Executive

Urgently required for an reputed automobile spare parts trading company based in Jebel Ali Dubai male HR Executive. He should have minimum of 5-10 years of working in the HR Department. He should be master in sourcing the cv's from the job portals. His responsibilities as below.Responsibilities: Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.Managing employee separation processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.5+ years of experience in HR or a related field.Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.The applicant should be either on cancelled or visit visa--as we need someone to join on an urgent basis.Excellent salary & career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
