Fabric Garment And Retail Store Floor Manager(S)

Main responsibility will be to work as floor manager on outlets, to ensure target sales, manage staff, oversee inventory reordering, promotions, customer service, stitching services and staff overall supervision.

Key Responsibilities include:

Facilitate customer service

Manage the cashiers at outlet point of sale

Achieve overall sale targets

Manage the reordering from warehouse and replenishment of inventory

Supervise staff, time attendance, and work processes

Manage the stitching services, supervise the staff, maintain the correct status of orders, and ensure timely delivery

Job Specification

Have at least 1-2 years of proven work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

At least 2 years of experience as Retail Store Manager.

Experience within Fabric and Readymade environment and knowledge of any Point of Sale System would be a plus.
