Peugeot, Ford, Lincoln Sales and Service. have below requirement for automobiles, dealership experience. (Work Shop Supervisor (Ford or American Cars)) Workshop Supervisor AMC Role 1. Ensure full utilization of workshop’s labor & resources to achieve planned operational targets. 2. Ensure approvals are in place for pre-order works & also incase of additional work. 3. Observe warranty process conditions & supervise correct tagging & storage of warranty parts. 4. Daily management of workshop staff, Team Leaders & Technical Advisors. 5. Oversee maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, fixings & PPE. 6. Prepare quotes / final costs for repair works & report discrepancies to workshop manager. 7. Oversee diagnostic procedures, methods & ensure Quality Standards are met before vehicle delivery. 8.
