Job Title: Program Manager/PMO – Digital Experience Location: Abu Dhabi Department: Digital Experience Reporting To: Senior Manager – Digital Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our Digital & e Commerce Experience team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving the success of our digital transformation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.You’ll coordinate across teams to manage delivery timelines, track progress, resolve blockers, and create impactful executive-level presentations that bring clarity to complex programs. If you’re a natural communicator with strong organizational and digital delivery experience, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Project Governance: Maintain and manage timelines for all digital initiatives, ensuring design handovers to IT are on schedule.Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with Product, Design, and IT teams to manage dependencies and escalate any risks or blockers.Executive Reporting: Create high-quality Power Point presentations for senior leadership, summarizing business strategy, delivery status, milestones, and go-to-market plans.Program Tracking: Maintain visibility over all active and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate regular cross-functional syncs to ensure team alignment and delivery momentum.Qualifications5+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally within digital experience, product, or e Commerce environments.Strong track record in managing project timelines, dependencies, and delivery processes across cross-functional teams.Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—particularly in Power Point—with the ability to build clear, executive-friendly narratives.Solid understanding of digital product delivery cycles, agile methodologies, and go-to-market execution.Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Preferred Experience Experience in digital transformation or customer-facing digital product teams.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.Background in e Commerce, travel, or related industries is a plus.Focus: Diversity, US, Canada or Europe nationality #J-18808-Ljbffr
