Utilities Operator

Job Summary: A Utility Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various utility systems and equipment such as water treatment, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous and efficient facility operations.Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor utility equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and water systems.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems.Respond to system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.Record and maintain logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational data.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Support other departments with utility-related needs or emergency repairs.Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors promptly.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.Previous experience in utility operations or industrial maintenance preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operating procedures.Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
