Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description• Preparation, implementation, and continual improvement of Project quality plan in accordance with project requirements and or ISO 9001: 2015 requirements with associated work procedures, Forms and templates.• Effective quality planning to ensure quality objectives are established, the function is resourced and defined quality deliverables are produced in line with agreed timeframes.• Ensure the building sustainability requirements are met.• Understands and identifies emerging stakeholder requirements and establishes plans to address these• Ensures requirements of the AIGTC quality policy, quality standard and agreed objectives are communicated and complied with across the Business unit/grouping• Implementation of quality management system requirements, ensuring compliance with client requirements and/or ISO 9001: 2015 requirements • Quality representative and interface with top management on all quality related matters.• Engages client quality representatives on a regular basis and acts expediently on both positive and negative client feedback• Oversight, governance and implementation of all applicable quality related tools and technics• Ensures that sufficient quality processes are deployed to manage product and service delivery• Management of audit and assurance programs for their designated business area• Effective supply chain quality management is implemented including vendor capability assessments, performance monitoring and failure investigations• Management, reporting and analysis of data arising from non-conformance, corrective actions and other key quality indicators• Manages quality management system reviews and their outputs• Works across functions to identify continuous improvement and sharing of good practice• Undertakes investigations of quality related failure Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: • 10-15 years relevant experience (Preferably in public building projects such as school, hospital, indoor stadium)• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 10005, ISO 9000, ISO 10013, ISO 10006.• Previous experience in “ADEK” projects completed in PPP model will be preferred.• Strong knowledge in Building materials inclusive core & Shell, FF&E and building finishes.• Strong knowledge in Building construction processes (commencement to completion and handover to the client) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.• Strong knowledge of local authorities’ requirements (Emirate of Abu Dhabi) for building construction projects including the services connections.• Strong knowledge in concrete NDT tests.• Proficient in the analysis of processes and data.• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 apps (One Drive, Share Point, Forms, lists, Teams, Outlook, word, excel, power point). • High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format in English.• Proficient in the use of continual improvement tools and techniques.• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with minimum 15 years’ work experience• In addition to the above, Priority will be given for ASQ-CMQ/OE Certification hold Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area Keywords QAProject QA QC Manager Construction Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
