QA/QC Lab Technician PLASTIC INDUSTRY

Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEDepartment: Quality Control Reports To: Quality Control Manager Job Summary: The Lab Technician is responsible for testing and analysing raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. The technician works closely with the production and quality control teams to maintain high product standards.Key Responsibilities: Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.Record and analyse test data and report any deviations to the Quality Control Manager.Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing.Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.Prepare and maintain detailed records of test results and quality documentation.Ensure that all laboratory activities adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Diploma in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.Experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.Familiarity with testing procedures and equipment used in HDPE manufacturing.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and documentation skills.Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Plastics Rubber Department / Functional Area Quality Testing QAQCInspector Keywords Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
