Role Description The Network Engineer L2 is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to network administration, engineering, troubleshooting, security, and design. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in network administration and engineering. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Expertise in network security. Ability to design and implement efficient network solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. In-depth understanding and good knowledge of transmission on Fiber Optics SDH, DWDM, OTN, ASON, ROADM, GPON. Fault management skills. Hands-on experience with Alcatel (Nokia) OMS 1350, UMS 1350 NMS, NFM-T. Alarm monitoring and fault resolution within MTTR. Coordination with NOC to resolve alarms and faults. Preparation of daily and monthly network performance reports. Coordination with vendors, IRU partners, and NOC team to restore faults within MTTR and ensure smooth network operation. Acceptance testing for new links and new NEs. Proficiency in VISIO, MS Office, and Power Point. #J-18808-Ljbffr
