Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy Job Description Alfalogic Solutions hires a highly skilled and experienced IT Network & Security Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end security across enterprise network infrastructure, addressing L1, L2, and L3 support tickets, and contributing to the design, review, and implementation of secure network solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in managing LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Data Center networks, and hybrid cloud environments, as well as in configuring and securing firewalls and VPNs.Key Responsibilities: Network Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center networks.Develop scalable and resilient network security architectures in alignment with business and compliance requirements.Firewall & Security Appliance Management: Configure and manage next-generation firewalls and security appliances (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).Maintain access control policies, VPN configurations, and network segmentation.Ticket Resolution: Provide timely and effective resolution of L1, L2, and L3 network & security support tickets.Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, connectivity, and security across enterprise environments.VPN & Secure Connectivity: Deploy and manage various VPN technologies including IPSec, SSL VPN, DMVPN, and Remote Access VPN.NAC & Identity-Based Access: Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions using Cisco ISE or Aruba Clear Pass.Design and enforce security controls in Azure and AWS environments.Implement and maintain cloud-based firewalls, NSGs, WAFs, CASBs, and SASE architectures.Monitoring & Audit: Utilize tools such as Manage Engine, Solar Winds and PRTG for proactive monitoring and alerting.Conduct periodic audits, maintain security documentation, and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance.Switching Infrastructure: Manage Cisco Access and Core switches, including Nexus device configuration and lifecycle management.Work cross-functionally with IT operations, compliance, and Dev Ops teams to enhance security posture.Create and review new network security solutions and provide technical guidance on emerging threats and technologies.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in network and security engineering roles.Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, network segmentation, and security principles.Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, firewall rule sets, VPN technologies, and NAC deployments.Expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud security models.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Certifications: Firewall Technologies: Fortinet NSE 4–8 Certification Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
