Graphics & Social Media Officer - MPM Properties (Outsource) ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Description Role: Graphics & Social Media Officer - MPM Properties (Outsource) Location: Abu Dhabi Role Purpose: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Social Media Officer to join our team. The employee will be responsible for creating visually stunning, brand-aligned graphics, corporate collaterals, and social media content for the MPM region. They will collaborate with other departments to support marketing, branding, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Create graphics and visual materials for corporate collaterals, social media, websites, newsletters, and digital channels. Develop innovative graphic design solutions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Design and edit videos, animations, infographics, and multimedia content. Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content and campaigns. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects. Assist marketing in creating company profiles, reports, and research publications. Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance. Research current trends and best practices in graphics and social media. Coordinate with departments to ensure brand consistency across platforms. Provide feedback to improve graphics and social media strategies. Assist with website updates and representation. Required Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, media, communication, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in graphics and social media management, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects; knowledge of Auto CAD is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Experience with marketing tools such as Site Core, CMS, Google Analytics, Word Press; additional website development skills are a bonus. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
