Computer technician

We are looking for a Computer technicians "Saudi National" with (Only diploma degree) To be responsible for providing technical support to an organization's employees and customers.Responsibilities : Paying close attention to the user's description of their computer problem and asking questions to identify the problem and determine how to solve it Testing and evaluating the organization's computer network Troubleshooting network problems and individual user hardware or software problems Setting up or repairing computer hardware and other associated devices such as printers and scanners Knowledge of and experience in desktop/laptop Requirements: Diploma Degree in computer science or related degree.Fresh Graduate or out of work for more than 3 months.Must have an IT background.Must be Saudi National.Problem-solving skills Analytical skills
