We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) , delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) , delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.Project Duration- During Shutdown Activity Minimum Experience- 10 years in related field.Job Description: Directly supervise all NDT technicians during shutdown operations.Assign daily tasks, brief teams on inspection scopes, and monitor work progress.Ensure NDT methods (PT, MT, UT, RT, etc.) are performed according to apporved procedures. Verify interpretation and evaluation of indications before submission to the NDT Lead por QAQC Manager. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and shutdown teams to align inspections activities with work fronts. Liaise with client representative for approvals. Ensure all NDT activitied comply with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and applicable codes. Check calibration status, certification validity, an consumable traceability.Ensure proper setup, usage, and maintenance of NDT equiptment.Review and verify NDT reports prepared by technicians for accuracy. Provide daily progress reports and escalate any issues or delays.Enforce strict adherence to shutdown safety requirements (confined space, hot work, RT barricading, permit-to-work).Conduct toolbox talks and ensue hazard identification and mitigation are practiced.Ensure all chemicals, equitment, and radiation sources (if applicable) are handled safely.Support  the NDT Lead with scheduling, mmanpower planning, and resources allocation. Make recommendation on repair or rework requiremnets absed on NDT results. Qualification: 10 years experience in NDT field with atleast 5 years experience in oil & gas sector.Degree in science and shall be certified to NDT Level 2 in RT, MT, PT, & UT. Your career is about more than building a resume — it's a chance to #Leave Your Mark.
