Position: Cluster Manager (F&B)Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all outlets and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while controlling costs and improving efficiency.Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver excellent customer service.Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.Support business growth, new outlet openings, and local marketing initiatives.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).5–8 years F&B experience, including 3+ years in multi-outlet or cluster management.Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.Proven record in achieving operational and financial KPIs.Able to multitask, work under pressure, and travel between outlets.Age: 37 years old and below Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month
