CSR / Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated fress or experienced CSR/Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Host Break Web Technologies, a leading web hosting and digital solutions company serving thousands of clients since 2001.

You'll be responsible for handling inbound leads, outbound calls, follow-ups, and client relationship management to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound leads.

Present and promote company products — domains, web hosting, and website packages.

Maintain customer data and update CRM (v Tiger / WHMCS) with call outcomes.

Send quotations, reminders, and payment follow-ups.

Work closely with the marketing and billing teams for lead status and renewals.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Deliver a professional and helpful experience to all prospects and customers.

Requirements

Minimum 3-6 months experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (IT/Hosting industry preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.

Confident on the phone with good persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of domains, web hosting, or website services will be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented attitude.
