Purchase Department Runner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Runner for Purchase Department to manage the sourcing and procurement of mechanical spares, tools, and maintenance materials for our printing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, technical knowledge of mechanical components, and experience in industrial purchasing.

Responsibilities:

Source and procure mechanical spare parts, tools, and engineering materials.

Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for technical requirements.

Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with company quality and purchasing standards.

Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, and supplier details.

Requirements:

Matric

3–6 years of experience in procurement of mechanical parts (preferably in printing, packaging, or manufacturing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
