Inbound Telecom Sales Executive – U.S. Cable/Internet Campaign

We're hiring confident and energetic Inbound Sales Specialists to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. You'll handle inbound calls from interested customers, match them with the best Internet and Cable plans, and close sales while delivering a great customer experience.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and identify their telecom service needs.

Recommend suitable packages and close sales with professionalism and accuracy.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain call logs and follow up with leads using our CRM system.

Collaborate with your team to continuously improve sales performance.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Sales or U.S. Cable/Internet campaign.

Excellent English communication skills and a confident phone presence.

Sales-oriented mindset — self-motivated and goal-driven.

Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call-center software.

Must be comfortable with permanent night shift (9: 00 PM – 6: 00 AM).
