This role plays a key part in transforming the bank’s digital presence, driving ROI-focused campaigns, and promoting digital-first banking experiences. Responsibilities include managing online campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring compliance with Islamic banking principles & Consumer Protection Regulations.Key Accountabilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals for all SIB digital platforms.Increase digital customer acquisition and engagement rates.Grow website and app traffic through targeted campaigns.Improve conversion rates for digital banking products.Manage and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, search, display, retargeting, programmatic campaigns) for maximum reach and ROI.Reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).Achieve higher ROI on digital marketing spend.Enhance search engine ranking and social media engagement metrics.Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with Shariah principles and regulations.Maintain 100% adherence to Shariah-compliant advertising guidelines.Avoid regulatory violations or compliance issues.Receive positive feedback from internal Shariah and compliance teams.Leverage data analytics to track performance and optimize digital marketing efforts.Provide regular reporting and insights for campaign optimization.Increase efficiency in digital marketing spend through data-driven decisions.Grow customer retention and engagement through personalized marketing.Oversee content planning, paid and organic growth across social media platforms, and corporate communication.Track engagement rate, follower growth, and share of voice.Utilize Web & App analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, heat maps) to recommend website and app improvements.Manage external agencies on media buying, creative development, and digital production, ensuring timely delivery and SLA adherence.Collaborate with IT for CRM, automation tools, and customer journey enhancements to improve customer LTV, retention, and lead nurturing.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s overall marketing and business objectives, under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.Make recommendations on digital marketing budget allocation.Ensure all activities comply with Shariah principles and banking regulations, working closely with compliance teams.Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of funds and approving expenditures within limits.Lead and manage digital marketing projects, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment with objectives.Use analytics and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies based on campaign results and market trends.Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken); bilingual in English & Arabic preferred.Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, CMS tools (Sitecore, Word Press).About Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB): Founded in 1975, SIB provides banking services to individuals and companies.
