Business Analytics Consultant Our client is seeking a detail-driven, solutions-oriented professional to support their Corporate Development team. In this role, you'll design and enhance systems, analytics, and processes that drive revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy — and enjoys influencing high-impact decisions at a global scale.What You'll Do Build and manage global performance reports that deliver insights, support forecasting, and equip leadership with clear, actionable information.Drive alignment in financial reporting and performance management across corporate finance, commercial finance, and cross-functional teams.Develop and implement procedures that maximize profitability and ensure operational discipline, including process audits and exception analysis.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency through enhanced BI, CRM, and workflow systems.Provide coaching and direction to team members, supporting skill development and high-quality project outcomes.Evaluate current systems, processes, and projects — recommending improvements that increase accuracy, speed, and value.Conduct market and performance analysis to identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving strategies.Partner with leaders across global markets to build scenarios, financial models, and business cases.Maintain data integrity and consistency across regions to ensure reliable reporting and performance tracking.Deliver proactive, advanced analytics to executive leadership to support decision-making, benchmarking, and profitability initiatives.Ensure compliance with organizational ethics, quality, safety, and HR policies.Perform other related duties as required.What You Bring Education University degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of business processes across complex organizations.Highly proficient with SAP, SQL, VBA, Python, and BI/BW tools, as well as Excel, Access, and other analytical software.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively support leadership at all levels.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations.Strong organizational agility and comfort working across diverse teams, functions, and systems.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong forecasting skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships.Experience5–7 years of experience in business development, forecasting, statistical modeling, analytics, or a related business function.
