The Consulting Arborist will be responsible for conducting tree assessments, preparing arborist reports, and providing professional consultation on tree management and arboricultural practices. Duties include identifying tree species, assessing tree health and risks, and providing recommendations for preservation and care. The role also includes collaboration with clients, other team members, and stakeholders to integrate arboriculture practices into broader environmental planning and restoration efforts.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Arboriculture Strong skills in Tree Identification and an in-depth understanding of Trees ISA Certified Arborist designation, and TRAQ qualification or equivalent certification Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree or diploma in arboriculture, forestry, or a related field (preferred)Experience with environmental stewardship and restoration initiatives is a plus
