Why You'll Love Working Here Brand new facility with state-of-the-art CNC and automation equipment Exposure to robotic palletizing systems (Erowa, FPT/FCS, etc.) Competitive wage and full benefits package Safety shoe allowance Steady day shift – no rotating nights Opportunities for growth in advanced automation and precision manufacturing What You'll Do Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines (Hermle experience a plus) Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision components Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications Plan machining sequences, set up tooling and workholding systems (FPT/FCS knowledge preferred) Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your workspace safe and organized What We're Looking For 5 years of experience as a Powermill Programmer 3–5 years of hands-on experience programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis machines Familiar with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Experience with Hermle machines and Erowa pallet systems (asset) Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Able to work independently and handle tight deadlines Ready to Join Our Team?
