Job Title – Collections Officer/Collections Agent (Only into Banking)Type - Outsourced Contract Duration- 12 Months Extendable Work Location –Dubai Salary – AED 4000- AED 5000Working days & timings – 6-day work and standard hours Mandatory details/Skills –Customer Service, Communication Skills, Collections Job description: Contact customers with delinquent accounts via phone, email, or other communication channels to facilitate payments and resolve outstanding debts by employing tactful and respectful communication techniques while adhering to Company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Provide support and assistance to customers facing financial difficulties by offering flexible payment options, negotiating payment plans, and address customer queries regarding their accounts and outstanding debts.Investigate and resolve issues related to payments, billing discrepancies, and account disputes to facilitate successful debt recovery.Identify trends and patterns to support the development of effective collections strategies.A minimum of 1- 5 years' experience in functions related to debt collection and recovery of which at least 2-3 years in a bank or financial institution Regards TASC Recruitment Team
