Dental Coder

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Coderto join one of our client in the healthcare industry Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-time Department: Revenue Cycle / Medical Billing Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze dental clinical documentation to assign appropriate CDT, ICD-10, and/or CPT codes.Ensure accurate and up-to-date coding in accordance with the Department of Health (Do H) Abu Dhabi regulations.Work closely with dentists and administrative teams to clarify documentation and improve coding accuracy.Monitor rejected or denied claims and assist with corrections and re submissions.Stay updated with changes in coding regulations, guidelines, and payer requirements.Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to data protection regulations.Support audit preparations and participate in internal quality assurance processes.Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Dental Assistance, or a related field.Certification: Certified Dental Coder (CDC) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of dental coding experience in a clinical or hospital setting.Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and insurance billing procedures.Familiarity with Do H Abu Dhabi e-claims systems and standards.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
