Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Job Title:  Automation Test Engineer(Wholesale Banking domain)Experience: 4+ Years Location: Abu Dhabi (on -site)Skills: UFT, Selenium and middleware automation tools Note: Only Non-Indian profiles or Local Middle East Candidates can Apply Required Skills & Qualifications: Automation Testing Expertise: Minimum 4+ years of experience in software automation testing, specifically for banking applications, with a strong foundation in functional testing.- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with UFT, Selenium, and middleware automation tools, including web services and middleware services automation.- AI & ML Knowledge: Demonstrates good understanding and practical experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts applied within testing frameworks.- Dev Ops Integration: Skilled in integrating automation scripts with Dev Ops pipelines, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes using tools like GIT and Jenkins.- Version Control & Monitoring: Experienced in version control systems and monitoring of automation deliverables to maintain consistency and traceability.- Test Documentation: Proficient in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and detailed test cases aligned with business flows.- Execution & Delivery: Capable of completing targeted test executions within defined timelines, ensuring quality and coverage.- Defect Management: Strong experience in defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using industry-standard tools and practices.- Agile Methodology: Well-versed in Agile and testing life cycles, contributing effectively to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Technical Validation Skills: Hands-on experience with tools such as Putty, SSH Shell, Rapid SQL, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Server, Citrix, ETL Informatica, and Crystal Reports for technical validations.- Deployment Capabilities: Capable of handling application and package deployments on both database and application servers.- Soft Skills & Adaptability: Strong communication and documentation skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to quickly adapt and contribute from day one.
