Now, we're seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Ice Cream Maker to join our team in a leadership role.⸻Position Overview: We are seeking a Master Ice Cream Maker who excels in the art and science of ice cream production and is ready to take on additional responsibilities as a supervisor and sales lead. This is a key role that blends hands-on creation, team leadership, and customer engagement.⸻Key Responsibilities: Ice Cream Production: Expertly produce a variety of ice cream flavors using both classic and innovative techniques Maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene in all production processes Experiment with new recipes and seasonal flavors Supervision & Operations: Lead and supervise a small team of production assistants Oversee daily operations of the kitchen/production area Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations Manage inventory, ingredient sourcing, and stock control Sales & Customer Relations: Promote and sell our ice cream products directly to customers and retail partners Participate in pop-up events, markets, and tastings Monitor and report sales performance⸻What We're Looking For: Proven experience in ice cream making or similar dessert production Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and equipment handling Outgoing personality with a flair for customer service and sales Highly responsible, reliable, and organized Creativity and passion for flavors and innovation Perks & Benefits: Opportunity to grow with a rising brand Creative freedom to develop new products Supportive and fun team environment Staff discounts and tasting sessions How to Applywatsapp Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
