Are you passionate about kids, fitness, and closing deals?Flying Roses Academy— a leading sports academy in Sharjah for Rhythmic Gymnastics and Martial Arts— is looking for agoal-driven, people-oriented Enrolment & Sales Executiveto help parents enrol their children — our champions — into our top-tier sports programs.The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Your Role As part of our growth team, you'll: Follow up with warm leads from Meta Ads, Whats App, walk-ins, and school visits.Engage professionally and empathetically with parents through Whats App, voice notes, and calls .Help parents understand the value of our training programs , class structure, and schedule.Guide them through the enrolment process , answer questions, and close the sale.Track lead status using Google Sheets or CRM.Meet weekly enrolment and revenue targets .You Are a Great Fit If You Have: 2–4 years in sales, customer service, or academy admissions (quota-carrying sales experience) .- Experience working in kids' sports, fitness, gyms, nurseries, or schools is a huge plus.- Strong English (spoken + written) & Arabic is a big plus .- Fast and friendly Whats App communication skills.- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented personality.- Ability to work on Saturdays (with a weekday off).- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.What You'll Get Competitive base salary (depending on experience)Performance-based commission per registration Supportive team culture in a growing, purpose-driven academy Real opportunity to grow into a team leader or school liaison Why Flying Roses?We're not just a sports academy — we build champions.
