CRM Executive – Real Estate Company: Signature Collection Realty – Dubai Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: HR & CEORole Overview: As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's CRM systems to ensure smooth handling of leads, client data, and communications. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate lead distribution, client follow-ups, and maintaining high-quality client relationship records.Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Bitrix24 / Salesforce / Zoho / etc.).Input, update, and track all client and lead data to ensure accuracy and transparency.Distribute leads to agents based on experience level and company rules.Monitor agent performance in handling leads and ensure timely follow-ups.Generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and client activity.Assist the sales and marketing team with client communication campaigns.Ensure compliance with company policies for client handling and data protection.Provide CRM training and support to sales staff as needed.Optimize CRM workflows to improve efficiency and lead conversion rates.Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in CRM management (preferably in real estate).Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics).Excellent organizational and data management skills.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Russian/other languages a plus).Listing in all the platforms Property finder,Bayut, Dubbizelknowledge of all types of contracts A,B,F forums.Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?At Signature Collection Realty, we specialize in luxury villas and townhouses in Dubai.
