Trainee for Microsoft Dynamics HR&P Functional Consultant
Description
Support daily HR&P operations and administrative tasks including employee records, payroll support, and benefits administration.Assist in gathering and documenting HR&P business requirements and processes.Collaborate with IT and HR&P teams to learn and understand the Microsoft Dynamics HR&P module.Participate in testing, implementation, and support of the Dynamics HR&P module.Help troubleshoot and resolve HR&P system issues with guidance from senior consultants.Support training and communication efforts for HR&P system users.Continuously learn and adapt to become a functional expert in the Dynamics HR&P module.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in HR&P functions such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, or employee lifecycle.Basic understanding of HRIS or willingness to learn HR&P technology systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
