Description
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive with experience in the fintech industry. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining financial products, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Telugu will be given preference, as many of our customers are Telugu-speaking.Key Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote financial products and services.Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.Engage with customers in Telugu (English/Hindi communication will be an added advantage).Convert qualified leads into successful sales using a consultative approach.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Provide accurate product information while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.Follow up on leads, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates.Requirements1–3 years of telesales experience in the fintech industry (loans, payments, forex, trading, insurance, etc.).Fluency in Telugu is strongly preferred.Strong communication skills in Telugu and English/Hindi.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple, customer-friendly manner.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing fintech company.Ongoing training and professional development support.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Language: Telugu (Preferred)
