You: See interaction as performance – choreographing motion, generative UI, and user flow into a seamless act.Design experiences that adapt – where content evolves via AI, sensors, or user behavior.Obsess over the intangible – how a hover state feels, how loading animations breathe, how transitions surprise.Speak both designer and engineer – fluent enough in tools like Touch Designer/Unreal to prototype your vision.What You’ll Do Define the "experience language" for immersive apps – from gesture paradigms to generative UI rules.Prototype dynamic behaviors (e.g., "When users move fast, particles react aggressively; when they linger, interfaces bloom").Elevate event tech – design photo booths that feel like play, AR overlays that feel like magic, kiosks that feel like conversations.Bridge art and tech – collaborate with creative coders to ensure designs execute with fidelity.Guard the design spine – ensure flashy tech never overshadows intuitive, emotionally coherent UX.Non-Negotiables Portfolio showing mastery of immersive/dynamic UX (e.g., generative UI, AR flows, multi-screen installations).6+ years designing premium digital/physical experiences (not just websites/apps).Pixel-perfect Figma/Proto Pie skills – you prototype interactions others call "impossible."Deep Unity/Unreal or Touch Designer understanding – you don’t need to code, but you get real-time pipelines.Designer’s eye – you argue over type hierarchy in VR and color psychology in projection mapping.Work with AI-driven content (style transfer, LLM-powered interactions).Experience in live events/performances (concerts, theater, exhibitions).Knowledge of biometric feedback (using heart rate, gaze, etc. to shape UX).Why This Role?Lead with craft – we prioritize design integrity over gimmicks.Global stage – your work will be seen (and touched) by millions.
